At ASTON STUDIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
